Ayurvedic Skincare Routine for Glowing Skin

Healthy skin begins with internal balance. Instead of layering chemicals, Ayurveda believes in nourishing the skin with herbs and oils that align with your dosha.

Morning Routine:

  • Wash face with herbal cleanser (like sandalwood or rose)
  • Apply Kumkumadi oil or neem oil as a moisturizer
  • Use ubtan (herbal paste) once or twice a week

Evening Routine:

  • Cleanse skin with raw milk or rose water
  • Massage with Bhringraj or almond oil
  • Use turmeric face mask weekly to prevent pigmentation

Skin Type Tips:

  • Vata skin: Dry, thin – use sesame or almond oil
  • Pitta skin: Sensitive, prone to rashes – use sandalwood or rose
  • Kapha skin: Oily, acne-prone – use neem and turmeric

Diet for Glowing Skin:

  • Stay hydrated
  • Eat fresh fruits, ghee, and turmeric
  • Avoid fried and processed food
